Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our regenerative meats and delivery process.

How is your meat shipped to ensure freshness?

All orders are packed in eco-friendly insulated liners with dry ice to ensure your meat remains frozen or deeply chilled during transit. We recommend unpacking and placing your items in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

What does 'Regenerative Agriculture' mean?

Regenerative agriculture is a system of farming principles that increases biodiversity, enriches soils, improves watersheds, and enhances ecosystem services. Our mission is to heal the planet through the food we produce.

Can I return meat products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or damage during shipping, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution or refund.

Are your animals grass-fed and finished?

Yes, our ruminant animals (bison, beef, elk, venison) are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture, never in a feedlot, and are never fed grain.

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous states in the US. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations due to the time-sensitive nature of frozen shipments.

Are your products free of antibiotics and hormones?

Absolutely. We strictly adhere to a 'never-ever' policy, meaning our animals are never administered antibiotics, growth hormones, or synthetic chemicals at any stage of their lives.
